Job Summary QA Engineer with 6+ years of experience in Salesforce testing (manual + automation), responsible for ensuring high-quality releases through robust test design, execution, and automation. The role combines strong functional expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud with modern automation practices and AI-assisted testing to improve speed, coverage, and defect detection. Works closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders in an Agile environment. Job Requirements - 6+ years of QA experience with strong focus on Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud) - Hands-on experience in manual + automation testing - Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC and QA best practices - Experience in automation tools: Selenium / Playwright / Opkey - Programming knowledge in Java / Python / JavaScript / TypeScript - Experience with test frameworks: TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, Mocha/Jest - Good knowledge of SQL and data validation - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git - Exposure to IICS, API testing, and system integrations (SFDC, CPQ, ERP) - Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT/Copilot) for testing optimization - Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent Job Responsibilities - Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for Salesforce applications - Perform end-to-end manual testing: functional, regression, UI, exploratory, and cross-browser - Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, SPIFF logic, and integrations - Build and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts (UI + API) - Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and improve coverage & reliability - Use AI tools to generate test cases, optimize scripts, and accelerate defect analysis - Perform data validation and integration testing across systems (SFDC, CPQ, ERP) - Log, track, and manage defects using Jira/Azure DevOps - Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and provide release sign-off with QA metrics & risks
