TCS hiring for solarwinds SME Location: Bangalore experience: 6-8 Notice period: Immediate Must Have: Install, configure, and maintain SolarWinds modules: - **NPM (Network Performance Monitor)** - **SAM (Server & Application Monitor)** - **NCM (Network Configuration Manager)** - **NetFlow / NTA (Traffic Analyzer)** - Perform **platform upgrades, patching, and health checks** - Manage polling engines, additional pollers, and HA setup - Configure **proactive monitoring for servers, network devices, applications** - Define **custom alerts, thresholds, and escalation policies** - Reduce alert noise via **tuning and automation** - Develop **custom dashboards and views** for leadership, operations, and NOC teams - Create **reports on availability, performance, capacity trends** - Enable **business service monitoring (BSM)** views - Integrate SolarWinds with: - **ServiceNow / ITSM tools** - **Email, SNMP traps, syslog** - Develop automation using: - **PowerShell / API / scripts** - Enable **auto-ticketing and event correlation**
