Powered by our purpose – the relentless pursuit of a world that works better for people – we serve and transform leading enterprises, including the Fortune Global 500, with our deep business and industry knowledge, digital operations services, and expertise in data, technology, and AI.  Inviting applications for the role Video Conferencing (VC) Support Engineer – L3 Function: Collaboration Services | Location: Gurgaon, India L3 escalation owner for enterprise video conferencing and meeting room technologies — leading root cause analysis, complex incident resolution, and vendor/OEM escalations, and acting as the bridge between L1/L2 support and engineering. Key Responsibilities: •   Final escalation point for unresolved VC incidents, drive issues to root cause and permanent fix •   Troubleshoot complex VC endpoint, codec, MCU, gateway, and room hardware issues (Cisco, Poly, Logitech, Crestron, Neat) •   Lead RCA for major incidents and own vendor/OEM escalations through to closure •   Configure, maintain, and upgrade VC infrastructure and device management platforms •   Build SOPs/runbooks and mentor L1/L2 engineers to reduce recurring escalations •   Support room builds, standardization, and firmware/software upgrade cycles   Required Skills & Experience: •   6+ years IT/AV support, incl. 2+ years at L3/advanced escalation level for VC or UC •   Hands-on expertise with Webex, Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and room hardware (Poly, Crestron, Logitech, Neat) •   Strong networking fundamentals (SIP/H.323, QoS, VLANs, firewalls) and VoIP/AV-over-IP knowledge •   Strong RCA and analytical skills; PowerShell/scripting a plus •   Willing to work in a 24x7 rotational/on-call support environment   Minimum Qualifications: • Engineering/IT degree • Certifications from Cisco, Poly/Crestron, or Microsoft Teams Rooms are a nice-to-have Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
