**Qualifications - External** **Must Have** - 1015 years’ experience as **Solution Architect** - Strong **Hyperautomation & RPA** architecture experience - **Microsoft Power Platform**: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI - **Snowflake** as core data platform - **Python** for automation and data processing - Solution design experience (AsIs / ToBe Architectures) - Experience with **architecture governance & review boards** - Strong **stakeholder management** and business communication - Handson background, now guiding and mentoring others - Comfortable in **BAU environments** with high demand and churn - Fluent **English**, proactive and consultative mindset
