Solution Architect - .NET Full Stack with Cloud

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong .NET expertise to design, review, and guide the implementation of medium-to-large software solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in the .NET ecosystem, strong knowledge of modern front-end technologies such as Angular or React, and experience designing cloud-based solutions on Azure or AWS. This role requires an architect who can translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, drive architecture decisions, collaborate directly with customers, and provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities • Design and architect medium-to-large software solutions aligned with business requirements • Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle • Translate business needs into scalable, maintainable, and robust technical solutions • Drive key architecture decisions and define best practices across projects • Collaborate directly with customers to gather requirements and present technical solutions • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams • Guide the implementation of cloud-based solutions on Azure or AWS • Oversee the integration of front-end, back-end, and cloud components into cohesive systems • Ensure adherence to CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud architecture best practices • Review code and design artifacts to ensure quality, scalability, and performance Requirements • 10+ years of overall experience with proven architecture background and strong hands-on .NET expertise • Hands-on expertise in C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core / Web API • Proficiency in Angular or React for modern front-end development • Background in solution design, architecture reviews, and technical leadership • Understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud architecture principles • Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud platforms • Skills in microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems • Knowledge of SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and EF Core • Competency in LINQ and SQL • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills • Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher We offer • Opportunity to work on technical challenges that may impact across geographies • Vast opportunities for self-development: online university, knowledge sharing opportunities globally, learning opportunities through external certifications • Opportunity to share your ideas on international platforms • Sponsored Tech Talks & Hackathons • Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions • Possibility to relocate to any EPAM office for short and long-term projects • Focused individual development • Benefit package: • Health benefits • Retirement benefits • Paid time off • Flexible benefits • Forums to explore beyond work passion (CSR, photography, painting, sports, etc.)
