**Role & responsibilities** **Position Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Copilot Studio / Power Platform Solution Architect** to lead the design and implementation of AI-powered automation solutions supporting Kenvue's Procurement and Finance transformation initiatives. This role will work closely with the **Senior Director, Procurement & Finance** and **Enterprise Architecture team** to define scalable solution architectures, establish governance standards, and deliver business-focused AI agents and automation capabilities. **Responsibilities** **Solution Architecture & Design** - Lead end-to-end architecture for Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and AI-powered business solutions. - Design scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions aligned with architectural standards. - Define solution blueprints, integration patterns, security models, and governance frameworks. - Conduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations for optimization and scalability. **Microsoft Copilot Studio & AI Agents** - Design and implement AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio. - Build conversational experiences for Procurement and Finance business scenarios. - Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, business processes, and knowledge sources. - Define prompt orchestration, grounding strategies, AI governance, and monitoring practices. **Power Platform Leadership** - Architect solutions using: - Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) - Power Automate - Dataverse - Power Pages - Power BI (desirable) - Establish reusable components, solution lifecycle management, and ALM strategies. **Integration & Automation** - Design integrations with ERP and enterprise systems such as: - ServiceNow - SharePoint - Microsoft 365 - Develop event-driven and API-based integration patterns. - Drive process automation opportunities across Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Finance operations. **Stakeholder Engagement** - Partner with business leaders, enterprise architects, product owners, and delivery teams. - Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams. **Required Qualifications** **Experience** - 10+ years of overall IT experience. - 5+ years of Power Platform solution architecture experience. - 2+ years of hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio experience. - Proven track record designing enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions. - Experience leading architecture initiatives from discovery through deployment. **Technical Skills** - Microsoft Copilot Studio - Microsoft Power Platform - Power Apps - Power Automate - Dataverse - Power Pages - Microsoft 365 ecosystem - Azure Integration Services - REST APIs and enterprise integrations - Azure OpenAI and Generative AI solutions - Solution Lifecycle Management (ALM) - DevOps and CI/CD implementation **Architecture Expertise** - Enterprise Architecture - Solution Architecture - Integration Architecture - Security Architecture - API Management - Governance Frameworks - Platform Operating Models **Preferred Procurement & Finance Use Case Experience** Candidates with experience delivering AI agents and automation solutions for: **Procurement** - Requisition support agents - Supplier onboarding automation - Contract intelligence - Spend analytics - Purchase order assistance - Supplier query management **Finance** - Invoice processing automation - Accounts Payable support - Accounts Receivable workflows - Financial reporting assistants - Policy and compliance assistants - Audit support automation **Success Profile** The ideal candidate will be: - Strong Solution Architect with hands-on delivery experience. - Deeply skilled in Copilot Studio and Power Platform. - Able to engage effectively with senior business stakeholders. - Capable of defining enterprise architecture while remaining execution-oriented. - Comfortable working in global teams and APAC time zones. - Available to join within 2 weeks.
