**TCS Solution Architect (Stores & POS)** **Role Summary:** Looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong retail domain knowledge to design and deliver scalable **Point of Sale (POS) and store solutions** aligned with omnichannel strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design end-to-end POS and store architecture - Lead store modernization (mobile POS, self-checkout, omnichannel use cases) - Integrate POS with ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and payment systems - Drive API-first, microservices, and cloud-based solutions (Azure/AWS) - Ensure high performance, security (PCI-DSS), and system reliability - Collaborate with business, delivery teams, and clients **Required Skills:** - Experience with POS platforms (Oracle Xstore, NCR, etc.) - Strong in APIs, microservices, and integration tools - Retail domain expertise (store ops, billing, inventory, promotions) - Knowledge of payments and cloud platforms **Experience:** 5+ years in IT with architecture experience in retail/POS
