**About The Business** Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components. Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence. The Tata Group operates in more than 100 countries across six continents, with the mission 'To improve the quality of life of the communities we serve globally, through long term stakeholder value creation based on leadership with Trust.’ **About the Role** TSMPL is looking for a seasoned Lead .NET Core Developer/Solution Architect to lead application modernization, cloud transformation, and enterprise software solutions. The candidate will be responsible for architecture design, technical leadership, project delivery, and mentoring development teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and implement enterprise-level solutions using .NET Core and Azure Cloud. - Define technical architecture, coding standards, and development best practices. - Lead development teams and provide technical guidance throughout project lifecycles. - Architect Microservices, API-first, and Cloud-native applications. - Drive application modernization and performance optimization initiatives. - Collaborate with business stakeholders and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions. - Ensure security, scalability, compliance, and governance standards. - Lead code reviews, architecture reviews, and release planning. - Manage technical risks and recommend innovative solutions. **Required Skills** - 10–13 years of software development experience. - Expert-level experience in: - .NET Core / ASP.NET Core - C# - REST APIs - Microservices Architecture - Azure Services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Key Vault) - SQL Server - Entity Framework Core - Azure DevOps - Docker & Kubernetes - Strong knowledge of: - SOLID Principles - Design Patterns - Event-Driven Architecture - Distributed Systems - CI/CD and DevOps Practices - Experience leading teams of 5–15 developers. **Preferred Skills** - Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Wealth Management, or GIFT City/IFSC projects. - Azure Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certifications. - Exposure to enterprise integration platforms and API Management. **Education** - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. **Why Join TSMPL?** - Work on cutting-edge digital transformation projects at GIFT City. - Opportunity to contribute to BFSI and FinTech technology solutions. - Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment. - Competitive compensation and leadership opportunities.
