**Inviting applications for the role of Solution Architect - Underwriting** **Responsibilities:** • Drive key initiatives to improve underwriting operations by leading solution design and implementation efforts across strategic client engagements. • Lead solutioning for RFPs, RFIs, and proactive proposals, ensuring Genpacts capabilities, value propositions, and operating models are clearly articulated and aligned with client needs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teamsOperations, Practice, Analytics, IT, Pricing, HR, and Trainingto ensure solution feasibility, scalability, and alignment throughout the deal lifecycle. • Represent underwriting solutions in client workshops, visits, and oral presentations, engaging with senior stakeholders and supporting strategic conversations. • Analyze underwriting performance data and market trends to identify areas for process improvement and transformation. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on solution strategy and execution • Stay informed on industry best practices, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies to support innovation and solution relevance. • Contribute to thought leadership and marketing efforts by supporting analyst engagements, capability showcases, and content development. **Qualifications we seek in you!
