Inviting applications for Solutions Architect Underwriting based in NCR. **Responsibilities:** • Drive key initiatives to improve underwriting operations by leading solution design and implementation efforts across strategic client engagements. • Lead solutioning for RFPs, RFIs, and proactive proposals, ensuring Genpact’s capabilities, value propositions, and operating models are clearly articulated and aligned with client needs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Operations, Practice, Analytics, IT, Pricing, HR, and Training—to ensure solution feasibility, scalability, and alignment throughout the deal lifecycle. • Represent underwriting solutions in client workshops, visits, and oral presentations, engaging with senior stakeholders and supporting strategic conversations. • Analyse underwriting performance data and market trends to identify areas for process improvement and transformation. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on solution strategy and execution • Stay informed on industry best practices, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies to support innovation and solution relevance. • Contribute to thought leadership and marketing efforts by supporting analyst engagements, capability showcases, and content development. **Qualifications we seek in you!** **Minimum Qualifications (Any)** • Bachelors in Computer Engineering • Bachelors in Computer Science • Bachelors in Information Technology • Masters in Information Systems • Masters in Software Engineering **Preferred Qualifications/ Skills** • Life Insurance • Property & Casualty Insurance • Agile Methodology • Cloud Computing • API Integration • Amazon Web Services (AWS) • Data Management • Microsoft Azure • API Development • Kubernetes • DevOps • Data Modelling • London Market Insurance • RESTful APIs • Reinsurance • Security Policies • Solutions Design • Security Architecture Design • Guidewire Integration • Insurance • Splunk • Digital Certificates • Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) - • Data Consulting
