Job description: Job Description Key Responsibilities - Lead the end-to-end architecture of a next-generation platform for aviation products, leveraging AI and modern cloud-native technologies. - Drive technology choices and architectural decisions, prioritizing scalability, security, performance, and maintainability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and data science to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. - Integrate GenAI capabilities to enhance platform intelligence, automation, and user experience. - Champion technology agnostic approaches, evaluating and recommending best-fit solutions across diverse tech stacks. - Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements within the aviation sector. - Mentor and guide junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. - Ensure architectural compliance with aviation industry standards and best practices. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 10+ years’ experience in platform architecture, with a focus on designing complex, distributed systems. - Strong exposure to Generative AI concepts, frameworks, and practical implementations. - Demonstrated ability to work across multiple technologies, frameworks, and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Experience in the aviation domain (products, platforms, or operations) is a significant advantage. - Proven leadership skills and experience managing technical teams. - Deep understanding of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements in aviation or similar industries.  Preferred Skills - Hands-on experience with GenAI tools, APIs, and integration strategies. - Knowledge of aviation data standards and protocols. - Experience with microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices. - Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. - Ability to balance innovation with pragmatic delivery in highly regulated environments.
