Job Description HPE s acquisition of Juniper Networks is one of the most significant moves in the company s history, bringing two networking leaders together to build HPE Networking , with the ambition of creating the best networking business on the planet . This role sits at the center of that effort as part of the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) program , responsible for unifying quoting, ordering, and fulfillment across the combined HPE and Juniper networking portfolios onto a single platform , replacing fragmented legacy systems with one seamless, scalable experience for sellers, partners, and customers worldwide. As part of a fast-moving, multi-year transformation , the team will stabilize near-term operations, migrate core platforms, onboard businesses and suppliers globally , and build new capabilities from the ground up. Workstream-Specific Details We are seeking a skilled Finance Solution Architect to lead system integration and design innovative solutions within our finance technology landscape. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance processes, hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, and a proven track record in SAP system upgrades and integrations. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement end-to-end finance solutions aligned with business requirements. Lead system integration efforts within SAP environments, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize finance processes and improve system functionality. Provide expertise on SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, including configuration, deployment, and upgrades. Develop innovative solutions to address complex finance and system integration challenges. Evaluate and recommend new technological advancements in SAP and finance systems. Support and guide the technical team during system upgrades and enhancements. Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and organizational policies. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role within SAP finance landscape. Deep understanding of finance processes and SAP S/4HANA Finance modules. Hands-on experience with SAP system upgrades and integration projects. Strong technical expertise in SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP FICO, and related modules. Ability to develop innovative, scalable, and sustainable solutions. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor s degree in Finance , Information Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications preferred. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud integration and SAP Cloud Platform. Knowledge of other ERP systems and integration tools.
