Solution Designer

Job description

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solution designs. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development teams to define end-to-end solutions. Create high-level and detailed design documents, process flows, and technical specifications. Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and best practices. Conduct impact assessments and feasibility studies for new requirements and change requests. Support development teams during implementation by providing design guidance and resolving technical queries. Participate in solution reviews, design walkthroughs, and stakeholder discussions. Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization within the proposed solution. Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability requirements. Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities as required. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Solution Designer, Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or similar role. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Experience in designing enterprise-scale applications and integrations. Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and system integration patterns. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with architecture and design documentation tools. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Preferred Skills Experience in telecommunications, OSS/BSS, digital transformation, or enterprise platforms. Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with architecture frameworks and modeling techniques. Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices.
