Role : Solution Lead Exp : 10 - 20 Years Location : PAN India **JOB DESCRIPTION:** **Role Purpose:** The Presales Solution Lead plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by crafting winning solutions strategy that align with client requirements. This role bridges the gap between sales and delivery, ensuring that proposed solutions are technically sound, commercially viable, and strategically aligned with the clients goals. Solution lead will be responsible for driving the end-to-end solutioning and presales cycle for infrastructure and cloud services, including managed services, transformation programs, and cloud migration initiatives. This role bridges business requirements with technology architectures, partners with clients on their transformation journeys, and ensures scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions **Key Responsibilities:** **Presales Solutioning** - Lead RFP/RFI/RFQ responses: requirement analysis, win theme identification, solution design, pricing, and proposal submission. - Create high-impact proposals, presentations, and cost models aligned to customer requirements. - Engage with clients to understand business goals and translate them into technology outcomes **Client Engagement & Requirement Analysis** - Interpret RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and lead the response process with tailored solutions. - Engage with clients and sales teams to understand business needs, pain points, and technical requirements. **Solution Design & Proposal Development** - Comprehensive expertise in Infrastructure services solutioning, including Service Desk, Workplace, Hybrid Infrastructure, Network, and Service Management, enables the architecting of robust end-to-end solutions that leverage both cloud platforms and on-premises infrastructure. - Drawing upon deep knowledge of digital workplace environments and network optimisation, the solution lead collaborates with technology tower SMEs to define precise operating models, delivery frameworks, and ITIL-aligned service models. This holistic approach supports transformation roadmaps encompassing hybrid cloud adoption, automation enablement, and IT sustainability, ensuring that solutions not only meet but anticipate evolving client requirements. - Architect end-to-end solutions leveraging cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), On premise Infrastructure, Networks, Digital Workplace, Service Management leveraging emerging technologies and AI solutions. - Define solution strategy and guide with Technology tower SME to prepare solution accordingly. - Define operating models, delivery frameworks (Remote, Hybrid, Onsite), SLA governance, and ITIL-aligned service models. - Drive transformation roadmaps, including hybrid cloud adoption, automation enablement, and IT sustainability solutions - Collaborate with internal teams (Sales , Account team, , delivery, marketing) to build compelling proposals and presentations. - Ensure compliance with proposal guidelines including formatting, branding, and legal sections. - Co-ordinate with pricing team prepare pricing as per customer template. - Conduct various management review and ensure feedback is incorporated. **Bid Management & Sales Support** - Own and manage the bid lifecycle for small to medium deals; contribute to large, complex bids. - Provide technical leadership during client meetings and workshops. - Support sales enablement through collateral creation, demos, and proof-of-concept development. **Internal Coordination & Stakeholder Management** - Liaise with product, delivery, and partner teams to gather inputs and validate solution feasibility. - Mentor junior solution consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. **Thought Leadership & Innovation** - Stay updated with industry trends, cloud innovations, and competitive landscape. - Develop reusable assets, frameworks, and reference architectures to accelerate solutioning. **Commercial & Costing** - Develop and validate commercial models, TCO/ROI analysis, effort estimation, and pricing templates. - Understand industry benchmarks and market trends for managed services pricing **Preferred Certifications:** - AWS/Azure/GCP Solution Architect/Network (CCNA, etc.), Microsoft Collaboration - TOGAF, ITIL, PMP (as applicable) Interested candidates can share their resumes to **himaja.madala@tcs.com**
