Job Title - AVP (Associate Vice President) or VP (Vice President) We are looking for a senior domain expert to build and lead eClerx's Retail Mortgage and Retail Credit practice. This is a high-impact, client-facing role that blends deep subject-matter expertise with consulting and solutioning capabilities. The incumbent will work at the intersection of business development, solution design, and delivery, acting as the go-to advisor for prospects, clients, and internal teams on all matters related to retail mortgage origination, servicing, and consumer lending. This role is ideal for someone who has walked in the client's shoes – whether from a bank, mortgage company, or BPO/consulting firm – and is now ready to help eClerx shape a differentiated market proposition. **Domain Expertise** - Minimum 5–8 years of deep, hands-on experience in Retail Mortgage and/or Retail Credit (mandatory). - Strong knowledge of the full mortgage lifecycle: origination, processing, underwriting, closing, post-close, servicing, escrow, default management, and loss mitigation. - Familiarity with consumer lending products: home equity, auto loans, personal loans, credit cards. - Understanding of U.S. (or relevant market) mortgage regulations: CFPB rules, RESPA, TILA/TRID, Fair Lending, QM standards, HMDA reporting. - Experience working with or for large mortgage banks, non-bank servicers, or specialist mortgage BPOs. **Consulting / BPO Services Background** - Prior experience in a BPO, KPO, or management consulting firm servicing financial services clients is strongly preferred. - Proven track record of structuring and winning outsourcing deals or consulting engagements in the mortgage/lending space. - Ability to translate complex operational challenges into structured, commercially sound solutions. **Pre-Sales & Solutioning** - Demonstrated ability to drive or support pre-sales cycles – from opportunity identification to contract signature. - Experience preparing and presenting RFP/RFI responses, business cases, and solution decks to C-suite audiences. - Comfort with commercial modeling: pricing, effort estimation, transition costs, and ROI/benefit quantification. **Overall Experience** - Total work experience: 8–12 years for AVP level; 12+ years for VP level. - Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred. **About eClerx** eClerx is a global leader in productized services, bringing together people, technology and domain expertise to amplify business results.
