**Job Title:** Director **Experience:** 14+ years **Location:** Greater Noida We at Coforge are hiring Solution Architect with the following skillset: Key Responsibilities - Lead solution strategy for strategic pursuits and shape win themes, differentiators, and overall proposal narrative. - Architect integrated solutions across AI, Cloud, Data, Digital Engineering, Enterprise Platforms, Quality Engineering, and BPS. - Drive collaboration across Sales, Delivery, Industry Teams, HR, Finance, and Legal to develop competitive, scalable, and commercially viable solutions. - Embed AI-led innovation, automation, analytics, and transformation frameworks into customer proposals. - Own commercial solutioning, estimation, pricing strategy, business case development, and deal profitability. - Lead client interactions including proposal discussions, due diligence, BAFOs, and executive presentations. - Manage bid governance, risk assessments, leadership reviews, and win-room execution. - Mentor and guide a small team of solutioning professionals. **What We're Looking For** - 15+ years of overall experience with strong exposure to large IT services deals and enterprise solutioning. - 7-10 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales, consulting, or bid management. - Strong understanding of Applications, Cloud, Infrastructure, Data, AI, and Digital Transformation. - Experience creating integrated solutions across multiple service lines and industry domains. - Strong commercial acumen, deal pricing, estimation, and business case development skills. - Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. - Ability to confidently engage with CXOs and lead strategic customer discussions. **Preferred Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology. - MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.
