**Job Description** We are seeking a visionary and high-performing AI Delivery & Strategy Manager with 12-16 years of deep enterprise experience to pioneer the next wave of intelligent automation across our IT ecosystem. In this role, you will be the driving force behind shifting traditional IT operations into an AI-driven paradigm, moving from manual execution to high-level strategic decision-making. You will bridge the gap between complex software engineering, cutting-edge Generative AI frameworks, and cross-functional business units. The ideal candidate possesses a rare blend of deep technical gravitas - having spent years in core software engineering and AI/ML development - and exceptional executive presence. If you are an end-to-end owner who thrives on navigating complex enterprise systems, extracting high-value use cases, and negotiating shared visions across diverse IT teams, this role is for you. **Job Qualifications & Experience** **Experience Required :** - Total Professional Experience : 12-16 years of experience in the IT/Software industry, with a proven track record of leading large-scale enterprise initiatives. - Core Software Engineering : 6-7+ years of hands-on experience in core software engineering, systems architecture, or enterprise IT development. - AI/ML Domain Expertise : At least 3+ years of dedicated experience in the AI/ML space, with a recent, heavy focus on productionizing Generative AI solutions. **Technical Skills & Competencies** - Generative AI Mastery : Deep conceptual and practical understanding of Gen-AI architectures, including Agentic AI (autonomous agents, multi-agent workflows), Model Context Protocol (MCP), and RAG. - Enterprise Systems Fluency : Strong architectural knowledge of enterprise IT systems, infrastructure management, middleware, and secure data pipeline integration. - Infrastructure Knowledge : Familiarity with deploying and managing LLMs within secure enterprise boundaries (e.g., AWS private clouds, hybrid environments, or specialized physical compute). **Leadership & Soft Skills** - Exceptional Communication : Articulate, persuasive storyteller who can effortlessly communicate with both a system administrator and an executive director. - Mastery of Negotiation : Proven ability to influence without authority, manage resistance, resolve conflicting priorities among teams, and build consensus. - Entrepreneurial Mindset : A proactive self-starter who defaults to action, handles ambiguity with ease, and takes pride in full-lifecycle ownership. **Role** - AI Strategy, Adoption & End-to-End Ownership : - Define and execute the roadmap for scaling Generative AI capabilities across legacy and modern enterprise IT systems. - Take absolute end-to-end ownership of AI initiatives - from initial ideation, architecture review, and private cloud deployment to user adoption metrics. - Drive the cultural and operational shift from execution-heavy IT workflows to insight-driven AI systems. - Stakeholder Management & High-Impact Negotiation : - Act as the primary consultant to various IT infrastructure, support, and business teams; proactively extract high-value AI use cases. - Navigate complex organizational matrices and negotiate effectively with engineering leads, product owners, and global business units to align priorities and secure resource commitments. - Translate highly technical AI/ML concepts into clear, value-driven outcomes for senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders. - Technical Governance & AI Architecture Guidance : - Provide robust technical oversight for AI products, ensuring efficient context management, seamless tool integrations via MCP, and secure data handling. - Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate local vs. cloud LLM hosting strategies, keeping data security and high performance at the forefront. - Act as a mentor to senior engineers and GISC team members, championing development best practices in AI-native engineering environments.
