Join us redefine what’s next for you. ***Job Family Definition:*** Develops, implements and utilizes processes and tools to enable the sales life-cycle (pricing, orders, invoicing, opportunity assessment, field inventory management and other sales pipeline analytics and forecasting solutions). Reports and analyzes order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment. Maintains and enhances sales force automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools/systems to effectively monitor and manage revenue/expenses. ***Management Level Definition:*** Applies basic foundation of a function's principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope. Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience. Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment. Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters. **What you’ll do:** **Responsibilities:** - Data Modeling and Integration - Collect data from the Program leads and transform the survey results into reports - Integrate data from various sources and develop data models to structure the survey responses - Ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability for reporting - Create and share the data modeling for Thematic tool analysis and IoD insights - Dashboard development and Maintenance - Create interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards using Power BI from the raw data - Implement data visualization techniques like pie charts, graphs represent data in clear and insightful manner - Follow the dedupe process for the contacts list received from the Program Leads - Maintain backend data for all surveys and (Internal and External) and Account dashboard. - Develop and enhance new pages and existing pages in the dashboard - Write complex DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) queries to perform calculations and aggregations. - Performance Optimization - Optimize Power BI reports for speed and performance - Reduce report load times and enhance user interaction - Security and Access control - Set up role-based access for different stakeholders - Ensure compliance with data privacy and governance policies - Manage user permissions and ensure the sensitive data is protected - Quality Asurance - Ensure that all quality checks are thoroughly completed, and the dashboard is updated with latest metrics. - Collaboration and Stakeholder engagement - Work closely with Programs Leads to understand the reporting needs and the requirements from stakeholders - Provide training and documentation for end users on the report usage - Automation - Automate data refreshes and scheduled report updates - Monitor and troubleshoot and Power BI Service issues - Automate the score cards to reflect the latest metrics - Continuous Improvement: - Stay updated with Power BI enhancements and best practices - Continuously improve existing Power BI solutions based on user feedback and changing business needs. **What you need to bring:** **Education and Experience Required:** - Business/ Technical related first degree or equivalent required (business administration, business informatics, mathematics, statistics etc.) or equivalent of 2+ years of relevant experience in Reporting and Analytics area - Experience developing and analysing BI dashboards in Power BI - Experience using SQL to profile and analyse data - Experience collaborating with other BI developers to understand and evaluate reporting requirements - Proficiency with all aspects of data management – retrieval through specialized APIs, transformation, loading between systems, etc. - Knowledge in Python, Powerapp automation, Sharepoint development and management - Additional technical skills VBA, VC++, Visual Studio (SSIS package), Java script, Integrated Excel with SQL Server - Strong knowledge of relational databases **Knowledge, Competencies and Skills:** - Technical skills (Required) - Power BI Service and workspace management - Survey data interpretation and dashboard design for clear, decision-oriented insights - Data modeling (Power BI) - Concept of shared datasets / datamodels and thin reports - Composite models, embedded models, live connections and direct queries - Advanced use of DAX and M, with sound judgment on when to use each - Visualization design best practices including chart selection, visual hierarchy, KPI framing and single-screen storytelling - Ability to present survey insights through clear n
