- **Experience:** Proven experience in **International Sourcing & Recruitment** (Non-IT domain mandatory). - **Sourcing Expertise:** Demonstrated mastery of Boolean searching, LinkedIn sourcing, and international job databases. **LinkedIn Premium / Recruiter experience is a strong advantage.** - **Communication Skills:** Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with the confidence to interact with global candidates and onshore clients. - **Domain Knowledge:** Good understanding of international work structures, candidate engagement strategies, and time zone coordination. - Shift - 12pm - 9pm - Hybrid Role
