**TCS Pune Hiring for Sourcing \& Procurement** **Eligibility:** Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 2 3) Should be flexible with night shifts \& rotation shifts. **Job Summary:** Role : Sourcing \& Procurement Experience: 1 year to 8 years Job Location: Pune **Skills** * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Manufacturing industry knowledge * MS Office \& Excel Skills * Customer centricity * Strong Team Player * Strong analytical skills * Result orientation * Sourcing Project Management * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. **Roles \& Responsibilities** * Sourcing and Procurement experience * Manage the end-to-end sourcing and purchasing process for assigned categories or materials, source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, delivery and services including requisition review, supplier selection, purchase order creation, and order follow-up. * Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with suppliers to achieve best value. * Spot buy Experience - Sending enquiries, collecting quotations, comparative study and recommendations * Hands-on working experience on ERPs (SAP), Oracle * Experience working in Direct and indirect materials procurement.
