And together, we must leverage the strength of our team to collaborate globally to optimize connections and share best practices across the Tech Centers. **About Digital Human Health (DHH)** Digital Human Health (DHH) connects technology, data, and people to enable and accelerate Human Health business across global markets. DHH supports commercial and medical teams by delivering customer-centric digital platforms, data capabilities, and technology-enabled operating models that enable flexible go-to-market approaches, actionable insights, and personalized customer experiences in a regulated environment. Within DHH, the Content Creation and Storage capability builds and governs the digital asset management foundation to enable findable, reusable, and compliant content at scale. **Role Purpose** Serve as the operational steward of the digital asset library within AEM Assets and the broader Adobe ecosystem—owning day-to-day governance, metadata quality, rights/compliance hygiene, and user enablement to ensure the DAM is reliable and adoption-ready. **Scope Of Ownership & Adjacent Responsibilities** - Own library operations for ingestion, organization, tagging, lifecycle management, and ongoing audits. - Enforce metadata/taxonomy/naming standards; drive continuous improvement of findability and data quality. - Partner with AEM DAM Developer and Business Analyst to evolve governance standards and workflow automation opportunities. - Enable users through documentation, training, and onboarding of new collections/brands. **Key Responsibilities** **Asset Governance & Library Operations** - Manage day-to-day AEM Assets library operations including ingestion, organization, tagging, and lifecycle management. - Enforce metadata standards, taxonomy conventions, and naming conventions across asset types. - Conduct regular audits to identify gaps, inconsistencies, duplicates, and expired/rights-limited content. - Manage asset expiration, archival, and retirement workflows aligned with rights management and compliance. **Metadata & Taxonomy Stewardship** - Apply and maintain metadata schemas and controlled vocabulary taxonomies across the asset library. - Collaborate during DAM foundation phase to provide practitioner input on taxonomy design and metadata usability. - Escalate metadata quality issues and recommend improvements to governance standards. - Support tagging/classification of AI-generated assets aligned with disclosure standards (including C2PA and custom metadata flags). **User Support & Enablement** - Serve as primary point of contact for DAM users for access, search, and usage questions. - Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and onboarding resources for AEM Assets and Content Hub. - Conduct training sessions on DAM workflows, search best practices, and governance standards. - Support onboarding of new asset collections, brands, or business units onto the DAM platform. **Rights & Compliance Management** - Track and manage asset usage rights, licensing terms, and expiration dates. - Flag restricted/limited-rights assets and ensure appropriate access controls are applied. - Support governance for MLR-related asset usage, including approved claims content and content fragments. **Collaboration & Continuous Improvement** - Partner with AEM DAM Developer to identify pain points addressable via workflow automation/configuration improvements. - Provide practitioner feedback for roadmap prioritization based on operational experience. - Monitor adoption metrics and user feedback to improve findability, usability, and governance. **What Success Looks Like** - High metadata quality and consistent taxonomy adoption across assets. - Improved asset findability and reduced duplication/incorrect reuse. - Rights/compliance hygiene with timely archival/retirement and correct access controls. - Stronger user adoption through effective onboarding and training. **Qualifications & Experience** **Education** - Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Library/Information Science, Digital Media, or related field preferred. **Experience** - 4–5+ years of relevant experience in digital asset management, content operations, or library/information management. - Hands-on experience operating a DAM platform (AEM Assets or equivalent). - Strong understanding of metadata standards, taxonomy design, and controlled vocabulary management. - Excellent organizational skills and attention
