The A&A OCEO team is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to support digital communications priorities. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional project coordination capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking team player who can maintain structure across recurring processes, synthesize performance metrics into clear stakeholder insights, and help drive execution across key office initiatives. **Work you'll do** As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Communications on the A&A OCEO team, you will be responsible for: - Support day-to-day digital channel priorities by managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and follow-through. - Maintain action trackers (through Workfront and Teams), workplans, deadlines, and status reporting to ensure visibility across office priorities. - Own and manage recurring communications efforts including distribution lists maintenance, ensuring consistency, timeliness, and quality. - Assist with A&A digital communications priorities, including support for platforms such as D.com and Deloitte Resources. - Coordinate with support teams, including CoRe CS and CoRe KS, to help enable smooth execution of projects. - Pull and review metrics from platforms such as Power BI and Adobe Analytics/metrics tools for DR and D.com - Translate quantitative metrics from reports related to DR, D.com, and other channels into concise qualitative insights and highlights for stakeholders. - Prepare clear written communications, summaries, and updates for leadership and cross-functional teams post calls/meetings - Anticipate needs, identify potential issues early, and engage proactively with the team to keep priorities moving forward. - Support continuous improvement of team processes, reporting approaches, and communication workflows. **The team** Deloitte Global is the engine of the Deloitte network. This role supports Deloitte’s global Audit and Assurance agenda by helping strengthen the consistency, quality, and scalability of the digital communications priorities across the Deloitte network. **Location: Hyderabad** **Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM** **Qualifications** Required: - 5+ years of experience in Business communications and reporting within consulting or professional services business - Proficiency in English, with strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. Especially with corporate/executive communications. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with ease while staying highly organized. - Experience maintaining action trackers, workplans, timelines, and status visibility across competing priorities. - Strong ability to own recurring processes and communications with minimal oversight. - Experience supporting digital communications initiatives and content coordination. - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional support teams and stakeholders. - Experience interpreting metrics from reporting platforms such as Power BI and Adobe metrics tools. - Ability to synthesize quantitative data into clear, actionable qualitative insights for stakeholder audiences. - Proactive, forward-thinking mindset with strong team engagement and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
