Job description

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, inventory, and outbound activities. - Ensure timely order fulfillment while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. - Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock reconciliation. - Lead and develop warehouse teams to achieve operational KPIs. - Coordinate with transport, planning, and customer service teams for seamless operations. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes and reduce costs. - Ensure compliance with SOPs, WMS processes, and health, safety, and environmental standards. - Prepare operational reports and analyze performance metrics for management review. **Key Skills required:** - Warehouse Operations Management - Inventory Control Cycle Counting - WMS/ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.) - Team Leadership People Management - KPI Monitoring Performance Management - Lean, Kaizen 5S Implementation - Process Improvement Root Cause Analysis - MS Excel Data Analysis - Safety Compliance (EHS) - Communication Stakeholder Management - Problem Solving Decision-Making - Customer Focus SLA Management
