These include the development and support of business applications that underpin our revenue, operational, investment, compliance, finance, legal, marketing and customer service functions. The broader organisation incorporates Infrastructure services that the firm relies on to operate on a day to day basis including data centre, networks, proximity services, security, voice, incident management and remediation. The Central team comprises systems development and support specialists that provide support to departments such as HR Services, Finance, Corporate Services, Legal and Compliance, Risk and Technology across various geographic locations. The services include Production Support of in-house developed application and vendor provided products, small scale enhancements and product. **About Your Role** As a part of this role, you will partner closely with Enterprise Data leadership to drive the implementation, adoption, and continuous evolution of the firm's Data Operating Model. This role is responsible for translating strategic direction into practical processes, governance mechanisms, stakeholder engagement activities, and operating disciplines that enable effective management, discovery, governance, and consumption of enterprise data. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to business and technology stakeholders, driving conversations, facilitating decision-making, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring that enterprise data capabilities are embedded into day-to-day ways of working. While strategic design and direction remain within Enterprise Data leadership, this role will own the execution, coordination, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement required to embed sustainable data management practices across the organization. **About You** Drive the implementation, adoption, and continuous evolution of the Enterprise Data Operating Model across business and technology functions. Translate enterprise data strategy into practical operating processes, governance frameworks, accountability models, and ways of working. Partner with senior stakeholders across business, data, architecture, engineering, and governance teams to drive alignment on enterprise data priorities and decisions. Lead workshops, working groups, and governance forums to define roles, responsibilities, processes, and decision-making structures. Establish and maintain operating model artefacts, process documentation, RACI models, governance frameworks, and stakeholder communications. Support the maturation of Data Product capabilities by improving lifecycle processes spanning onboarding, publication, governance, stewardship, consumption, and ongoing ownership. Drive adoption and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Data Marketplace, enhancing discoverability, accessibility, governance, and business value realization. Support the development and implementation of enterprise taxonomy, business glossary, metadata management, and data governance capabilities that improve consistency, trust, and AI readiness. Champion clear ownership, stewardship, and accountability practices to strengthen data quality, governance compliance, and effective use of enterprise data assets. Lead stakeholder engagement, change management, communication, and adoption activities to embed sustainable data management practices across the organization. Develop executive presentations, strategic recommendations, governance updates, and business-focused communications that translate complex data concepts into clear actions and outcomes. Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve governance effectiveness, enhance stakeholder experience, and increase the overall maturity of Enterprise Data capabilities. **Required Experience** 10-12+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Governance, Data Strategy, Operating Model Delivery, Business Transformation, or related functions. Experience implementing enterprise-wide data initiatives within large and complex organizations. Demonstrated success managing cross-functional stakeholder groups. Experience facilitating workshops and driving decisions across business and technology teams. Strong understanding of enterprise governance and operating model concepts. Experience supporting organizational change and capability adoption initiatives. Proven track record of turning strategic objectives into executable deliverables and business outcomes. Proven ability to engage confidently with senior business leaders, Data Owners, Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Governance teams. Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to simplify and communicate complex data concepts in a business-friendly manner. Experience creating executive-level presentations, strategic recommendations, operating model artefacts, and governance materials. Experience identifying opportunities for process simplification, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
