The SGM Shared services team within the US Firm’s Growth & Purpose organization is seeking a Senior Analyst (USI) to support the Reporting shared services team. This role will focus on independently driving reporting execution, dashboarding, and insights generation, enabling data-driven decision making across SGMs. **Work you'll do** As a Specialist, Data Management on the Reporting team, you will be responsible for: - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau to support business reporting needs - Manage sales, pipeline, and revenue reporting activities, including KPI tracking and performance reporting across SGMs - Perform data validation and cleansing and support reporting governance, standardization, and reporting hygiene - Develop reporting frameworks aligned to business requirements and coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data inputs and maintain alignment - Identify automation opportunities using Power Platform and artificial intelligence tools to improve reporting processes - Generate insights, stakeholder-ready presentations, and reporting materials to support leadership decision-making **The team** The Reporting team operates as a centralized shared services function supporting SGM leaders through reporting, analytics, and insights. The team plays a key role in ensuring consistency, transparency, and efficiency across reporting processes while enabling leadership with actionable insights. **Location: Hyderabad** **Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM IST** **Qualifications** Required: - Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent - 3–5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, consulting, or operations roles - Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word - Experience using Power BI or Tableau - Experience using Power Apps and Power Automate - Experience using artificial intelligence tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT - Experience in reporting, data analysis, and insights generation Preferred: - Experience using Python, Structured Query Language (SQL), or R - Experience using data transformation tools such as Alteryx or Snowflake - Experience with automation and artificial intelligence-based reporting solutions - Experience in consulting or cross-functional environments **How you’ll grow** At Deloitte, we’ve invested a great deal to create a rich environment in which our professionals can grow.
