Get to know us at genpact.com and on LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Facebook. **Inviting applications for the role of Specialist- Accounts Payable** **Job Location: Noida (Work from Office)** **Job Description** •Calculating, posting business transactions, processing invoices, verifying financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records •Process invoices with PO / Non-PO - Review invoices and requisitions for satisfactory payment approval - Ensure quality of AP processes, handling of all not compliant and not standard processes within the country - Verify and calculate all extensions and totals on invoices (calculating and taking discounts when applicable) - Check vendor files for any previous payments and assign voucher numbers.
