You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing generative AI and ML based solutions to enhance various process improvements and capabilities. You will work closely with our investment professionals, data scientists, and IT teams to identify and address complex challenges, optimize strategies, and drive innovation within the firm. **Key Accountability/Responsibility:** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Sun Life's IT function to understand IT process improvements using AI and translate them into effective solutions that can work at scale. - Implement and maintain robust pipelines for AI ready data, ensuring the integrity, security, and accessibility of data used for AI applications. - Working with Sun Life's Engineering Innovation and Architecture team, continuously research
