**Job Requirements** **Role/ Job Title:** Specialist-Implementation **Function/ Department:** Wholesale Banking **Job Purpose:** The purpose of the job is to manage the implementation of new cash management products and services for our wholesale banking clients. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Lead the implementation of new cash management products and services for wholesale banking clients. - Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and successful implementation. - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for each implementation. - Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders, including clients and senior management. - Identify and mitigate any risks or issues that may arise during the implementation process. - Provide training and support to clients on new products and services. - Continuously review and improve implementation processes and procedures. **Education Qualification:** Graduation: Any graduate Post Graduation: Any post graduate Experience: 5-10 years of experience in implementation
