Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, and technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, we empower you to shape a brighter way forward so you can thrive professionally and personally.  The Specialist will be part of a growing global team of Capital Markets researchers, focussing on the EMEA living sectors, including multifamily/build-to-rent, student housing and other emerging residential asset classes. Leveraging JLL proprietary and third-party data and intelligence, the Specialist will produce regular reports, bespoke strategic advisory and compelling insights. The role requires understanding of real estate markets and capital trends, with strong data, analytical and writing skills to produce best-in-class research that provides a competitive advantage for our business and clients in this rapidly evolving market.   Responsibilities:    • Work with local JLL research teams, third-party and public statistical sources to collect, validate and maintain data in MS Excel and JLL’s client platform GRED  • Analyse and interpret data, with a particular focus on investment, housing markets and demographics, investigating trends and changes, with strong storytelling and visualizations to communicate key themes and forward-looking impacts  • Understanding of macroeconomics, listed real estate markets and private funds to derive insights in broader themes, company performance and strategies  • Produce regular market updates, short form reports and MS Powerpoint presentations on living sector and housing/residential dynamics; updating Capital Markets internal business lines, clients and online publication of insights  • Manage EMEA Living Research MS Sharepoint directory of JLL and third-party research reports and data, providing access and responding to internal business requests for relevant living research   • Contribute bespoke analysis to client strategic advisory, Capital Markets pitches and mandates and EMEA living thought leadership insight reports  • Use of digital tools including Flourish, Power BI and JLL GPT AI to improve efficiency and data quality, using automation and providing digital tools and visualizations  • Contribute to the ongoing digitisation of Capital Markets data through new technological initiatives at the global/regional/country level with a focus on improving data quality and reporting efficiencies  • Build relationships and collaborate with various JLL Research and Capital Markets teams supporting regular reporting activities, data and knowledge sharing, to develop appropriate tools and end products    Sound like you?
