? Implementation of best industrial safety practices to improve overall safety. ? Monitoring of hazardous waste handling and disposing it in the right dustbins. ? Ensuring adherence to safe work practices in areas allocated to LSP.? ? Investigate Accident/Incident and suggest counter measures, corrective and preventive actions to avoid accidental occurrences. ? Issue & monitor work permit for non routine activity. ? Ensure availability of First Aid kit in working area.? ? ? ? ? ? Lead the team proactively by optimizing the departmental performance with respect to safety, health and environmental policy.? ? Lead 5S initiative in your area/department. ? Support to achieve audit targets in Safety,5S,QMS, ISO,EMS,EnMS,VDA 6.3 etc. ? Report departmental KPIs, any deviation, reasons for gaps and countermeasures.? ? Manage the information flow and coordinate among respective departments within MLL and customer. ?
