**Role: Subject Manager General Knowledge & Current Affairs** **Educational Qualification** : Masters degree/ Ph D. **Location** : Thane. Experience Range: 10 -15 Years **Must Have** - Subject Competency in relevant subjects till 12th Level or higher. - Experience of working in Education Sector related to Assessment & Evaluation - Test Designs/Blueprints, Question Development - Broader understanding of Education System of the Country and NCERT/CBSE/Boards - Good communication skills (English + Hindi). - Experience in delivery, tracking, and reporting of eLearning or large assessment programs - Expert in Content creation in non-Domain areas like General Knowledge, Current Affairs with knowhow of state specific Current Affairs **Good To Have** - Multitasking and handling work pressure - SME management - Challenge Management - Post exam item analysis - Candidate objection redressal in the concerned domain - Basic skills in data collection and management, creating and maintaining trackers. **Roles and Responsibilities** - Planning and managing Item Inventory for assessment requirements - Test Design Review - Team Management - Driving SME connects & Training - Delivery projects and other requirements as per the needs of the organization - Structure & design Question Banks; Set quality standards item for writing & review in respective domain - Track inventory and maintain optimum levels of item availability - Customer interaction and escalation management
