Job description

Key Responsibilities - Hands-on experience developing Salesforce 2nd‑generation unlocked packages, including package versioning, dependencies, and upgrade strategies. - Proficient with SFDX CLI–driven development workflows, using source‑driven development, scripting, and automation to support package-based delivery. - Deep experience with scratch org–based development methodologies, including org shape management, iterative development, and validation in ephemeral environments. - Lead the architecture, design and implementation of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools like Lightning flow creation - Lead the guide the offshore team and be the single point of contact for the scrum team - Need to solution independently and guide the full scrum team follow the truist process and implement required solutions - Work closely with product team - Customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements while ensuring scalability and maintainability - Collaborate with business analysts, Salesforce Administrators, and global stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical designs - Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and platform events - Ensure adherence to Salesforce governor limits, security best practices, and performance standards - Write unit tests, conduct code reviews, and ensure high test coverage and code quality - Support production releases, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing enhancements - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives - Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous platform improvements - Stay updated with Salesforce seasonal releases and recommend feature adoption
