**Role: Splunk Administrator - This is urgent to hire** **Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore** **Experience: 3 to 6 years** **Notice Period: Immediate to 20 days ONLY** **Please share your updated CV with me -** anurag.1.b@coforge.com **Job Description:** We are looking for a skilled Splunk Engineer with 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Splunk administration, monitoring, dashboard development, and log management. The candidate will be responsible for supporting enterprise monitoring platforms, onboarding data sources, creating dashboards and alerts, and ensuring optimal performance of the Splunk environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Administer, configure, and maintain Splunk Enterprise environments. - Develop and manage dashboards, reports, alerts, and visualizations using SPL. - Onboard application, server, network, and security logs into Splunk. - Configure and manage Universal Forwarders, Indexers, Search Heads and Deployment Servers. - Monitor Splunk infrastructure performance and troubleshoot system issues. - Optimize Splunk searches, indexes, and data ingestion processes. - Support incident management, problem resolution, and RCA activities. - Collaborate with application, infrastructure, DevOps, and security teams. - Implement monitoring solutions and operational dashboards for business and IT teams. - Maintain Splunk documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures**.** **Required Skills** - 3 to 6 years of experience in Splunk Administration and Development. - Strong experience with Splunk Enterprise architecture and components. - Hands-on expertise in SPL (Search Processing Language). - Experience in creating dashboards, reports, alerts, and scheduled searches. - Knowledge of log management, monitoring, and observability concepts. - Linux/Unix administration skills. - Experience with shell scripting and/or Python scripting. - Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, SSL, HTTP/HTTPS). - Experience integrating multiple data sources into Splunk. - Good troubleshooting and analytical skills. **Educational Qualification** - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
