## **Job Description** ## **Your Role** As a **Squish Automation QA Engineer Python**you will be responsible for developing and executing automated testing solutions for complex applications on Linux platforms. You will work closely with development and product teams to ensure high‑quality software delivery through robust UI automation, BDD practices, and continuous testing approaches. In this role, you will: - Develop and execute **automation test scripts** using technologies such as **Python, Selenium, Squish, and Shell scripting**. - Perform **UI automation testing** using BDD (Behavior Driven Development) frameworks and practices. - Design and maintain **test automation frameworks** aligned with project requirements. - Execute tests and analyze results to ensure software quality and stability. - Work on **Linux platforms**, utilizing commands and scripting for automation and troubleshooting. - Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality deliverables ## **Your Profile** - **4+ years of experience** in QA automation. - **Location:** Bangalore (Work from **GE JFWTC campus**, full-time onsite). ### **Technical Expertise** - Hands-on experience in at least **two or more** of the following: - **Python** - **Selenium / Squish** - **Shell scripting** - Strong understanding of **BDD (Behavior Driven Development)**. - Experience in **UI automation testing**. - Strong experience working in **Linux environments**. - Knowledge of **testing lifecycle and testing methodologies** across different approaches. - Experience defining and tracking **performance KPIs** at component and system levels. - Exposure to **Healthcare industry**, clinical applications, and regulatory standards. - Familiarity with **Agile development models**. ## **What You’ll Love About Working Here** - Opportunity to work on advanced automation testing solutions in a **high-impact environment**. - Exposure to **modern QA practices, Linux systems, and automation tools**. - Collaborative Agile work culture with continuous learning opportunities. ## **About Capgemini in India** Capgemini is an AI‑powered global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations realize their future through technology, data, and people.
