Job Description Responsibilities •         Execute day to day Master data management activities •         Act as the SME in the Master data management activities •         Expertise in create and modify the Material and Vendor master •         Provide daily and weekly report on master data, accountable for the quality and accuracy •         Train and mentor other team members to ensure seamless delivery •         Ensure data quality for deliverable is met and all metrics adhered •         Ensure master data integrity between modules & systems at efficient quality and accuracy, Coordinate, Analyze and facilitate resolution of issues •         Ensure SLA (Service Level Agreements) for lead times and data quality are fully met •         Highlight lesson learned on frequent issues, Support regular Master Data Health Check & Audit Trail validation •         Ensure that all the feedback and the learning from the home, office, client, field etc. is documented and applied to the master data procedures to improve accuracy •         Ensuring that data governance responsibilities are clearly defined, valuating the role's impact on data quality and compliance. •         Plan & support Transitions and ensure “First Time Right” •         Ensure that all the reports are maintained and cleared on time •         Highlight and take appropriate help from the Lead on SOP deviations or issues •         Effective communication between business teams and internal teams. •         Comprehend incoming and outgoing data flows for SAP ECC master data •         Raise incident tickets to the relevant helpdesks when there is an issue •         Participate in idea generation and improvement activities •         Update /maintain SOP •         Take signoff on SOP from client as per agreed timelines •         Support special projects as needed •         Optimize internal processes by contribution of ideas •         Ensure to support new ways of working, technology and process updates and Complete UAT to ensure that systems and process work as expected. •         Understanding the supplier landscape, project management environment, and retail technical landscape.   Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications •         Experience – Relevant Experience •         Education:  Bachelor’s degree •         Good Working Knowledge and hands on in SAP S4 HANA /ECC •         A high degree of motivation, excellent analytical and conceptual skills and a results and customer-oriented style of working describe you •         You possess strong communication skills and a good sense of responsibility •         Team player with strong analytical, cooperation and communication skills •         Self-Motivated •         Enjoyment working in a dynamic team  •         Very good English language skills •         Flexible with Shift timings •         Should have good knowledge of Material master data requirements   Preferred Qualifications/ Skills •         Have a continuous improvement mind set and support improvement projects from data perspective •         Retail, FMCG or related industry experience •         Advanced use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) •         Great at communication, collaboration •         Flexible, organized, multi- task team player •         Analytical, Problem Solving, Excel, Good Communication, able to work individually •         Work with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues •        High Energy level Qualifications Bachelors - Business Analytics, Bachelors - Computer Science, Bachelors - Statistics, Masters - Data Science Certifications Certified Data Management Professional
