**Order Management (Career)** **Order Management Operations (Career)** is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Noida office **Senior Analyst Order Management (B2)** **What can you expect** This position is with Order Management (Career Delivery) team within Career line of business. OM team takes care of end-to-end order booking/invoicing and access granting for the career products. We verify, validate and process requests received from sales consultants and support them with processing it in GPOS and fulfilling it through different platforms. It is a global team; provide support to multiple regions such as Asia Pacific, EMEA, North America and Latin America. **We will count on you to:** - Responsible for booking Customer Orders after doing all cross checks. - Strictly follow SOP adhere to process updates. - Respond to customer query through email, calls in a timely manner. - Provide excellent customer service to our customers. - Responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis. - Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment. - Candidate should be comfortable with rotational shift. **What you need to have:** **Knowledge Skills** - Minimum 1-2 years experience in a professional organization - Excellent command on MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word) - Exceptional English Communication Skills - Problem solving ability and attention to detail. - Ability to multitask, self-starter. - Excellent analytical skills and high focus on accuracy **Education:** - Any graduate **What makes you stand out** - Exceptional Communication Skills - Adaptable communicator, facilitator, influencer and problem solver - High attention to detail - Ability to multi-task and prioritize time effectively - Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
