We’re uniting science, technology, and talent to get ahead of disease together.Find out more:Our approach to R&D Position SummaryThe Study Data Analyst is responsible for the strategic, contractual and relationship management activities with respect to outsourcing, preferred service suppliers and performance/resource monitoring within Data Science and Clinical Systems. This role involves interaction with a team of performance and outsourcing experts to ensure that the resourcing model and performance monitoring tools are at the top of industry standards with respect to quality, performance, cost, and timelines. Responsibilities:Support Sr. Director, Service Delivery in developing an outsourcing and performance management strategy, with a particular focus on the areas of Data Management and Clinical Systems. • Conduct ongoing surveillance of services provided by CROs, Vendors and Suppliers. • Liaise and network with customers within DS&M and with Procurement, Finance, and other relevant departments to discuss and identify outsourcing and performance opportunities which could meet the current or future business needs to ensure DS&M outsourcing solutions and performance are best in class. • Deliver quality outsourcing solutions to ensure DS&M delivers its commitments in line with agreed expectations by building and maintaining relationships and performing governance management for CROs, Vendors and Suppliers working within DS&M. • Prepare and obtain signatures for Task Orders, Change suppliers on GSK systems and processes. Ensure lessons learned from completed outsourced projects are discussed and implemented into future work. • Establish and maintain a study budget tool for DS&M to enable resource forecasting for all roles within DS&M as well as reporting against actual resources used. • Develop, maintain, and govern a set of Study list for DS&M and generate and maintain a performance dashboard and reports for DS&M. • Act as a point of contact between DS&M and CRO’s for study budget tool trainings and development. • Approving access and account provisioning request for CROs as N+1 manager • Managing on-boarding, off-boarding and change request for CROs • Maintaining global CRO staff list for Data strategy and management centrally • Assigning training curricula to the CRO staff as role and requirement • Running monthly training compliance report for CROs and publish the same. • Conducting quarterly meetings with CRO managers to discuss training compliance and gaps. Why You?Basic Qualification We are looking for professionals with the required skills to achieve our goals: • 6-8 Years of experience Clinical Research, information Systems or Business Administration experience including 2 years of vendor management responsibilities. • Biotechnology/ Life Science Graduate / Medical / Paramedical / Pharmacy Degree Excellent problem-solving and communication skills – ability to articulate technical decisions and trade-offs to non-technical clinical and business stakeholders Location and Working Model- Role located in India.- This role is hybrid, combining on-site collaboration and remote work.
