**Senior Associate – Sales Support** **AI-enabled Contracts, Billing Governance & Revenue Assurance** **Role Overview** We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically strong professional to support **customer billing governance and revenue assurance operations** across telecom products and enterprise services. This role focuses on ensuring **accurate, timely, and compliant billing** by aligning vendor/OEM contract inputs, commercial terms, product attributes, and billing triggers. The individual will leverage **workflow tools, analytics, automation-enabled controls, and system-driven insights** to proactively manage billing gaps, revenue leakage, and exceptions. **Key Responsibilities** **Billing Governance & Execution** - Support end-to-end **billing readiness, setup coordination, trigger tracking, and issue resolution** - Ensure accurate billing setup aligned to product, contract, and customer requirements - Drive timely billing activation and closure through workflow tracking **Contract-to-Billing Alignment** - Review **orders, contracts (vendor/OEM), commercial terms, and product attributes** - Validate billing conditions including start dates, rate plans, charge attributes, and account structures - Ensure seamless flow from contract inputs to downstream billing outputs **Revenue Assurance & Invoice Validation** - Execute billing quality checks and support **revenue assurance controls** - Analyze billing exceptions, invoice discrepancies, under/over-billing, and disputes - Identify and mitigate **revenue leakage risks and control gaps** **Analytics, Automation & Insights** - Leverage **automation tools, anomaly detection, dashboards, and analytics outputs** - Improve invoice accuracy, exception prioritization, and revenue visibility - Support adoption of AI-driven insights for proactive governance **Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination** - Collaborate with **Sales Support, Billing, Finance, Product, Operations, Technology, and vendors/OEMs** - Drive resolution of billing gaps, pending triggers, and open assurance issues - Ensure effective communication across upstream and downstream teams **Governance, Compliance & Reporting** - Maintain trackers, dashboards, and documentation for leadership visibility - Ensure adherence to **process controls, audit readiness, and compliance standards** - Support reporting on billing accuracy, leakage, and exception trends **Required Qualifications** - 8+ years of experience in **telecom billing operations / billing support / revenue assurance** - Strong understanding of: - Billing lifecycle and triggers - Invoice validation and dispute management - Vendor/OEM contract inputs and commercial terms - Experience with **workflow tools, dashboards, and reporting platforms** - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience with **AI/automation-enabled billing controls and analytics tools** - Exposure to enterprise telecom products and services - Familiarity with **compliance, audit, and governance frameworks** **Key Skills** - Billing Governance & Operations - Revenue Assurance & Leakage Control - Contract-to-Billing Alignment - Invoice Validation & Exception Management - Analytics & Automation Tools - Stakeholder & Vendor Management **Impact Measures** - Improved **invoice accuracy and billing timeliness** - Reduction in **billing gaps, disputes, and revenue leakage risks** - Enhanced visibility through **dashboards, analytics, and reporting** - Increased **automation coverage across billing controls and validation** - Stronger **compliance, audit readiness, and governance discipline** **Location** Gurgaon, India **Weekly Hours:** 40 **Time Type:** Regular **Location:** Gurgaon, India It is the policy of AT&T to provide equal employment opportunity (EEO) to all persons regardless of age, color, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, race, religion, creed, gender, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, genetic information, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
