**We are looking forward to hire SAP MDM Professionals in the following areas :** **Experience:** 8 to 10 years **Shift:** 3:30 PM - 12:30 AM IST **Work Mode:** Hybrid (3 days per week from office) **Preferred Location:** Hyderabad **Role Overview** We are seeking a highly experienced **SAP MDM / MDG Consultant** with a **strong functional background in MM and SD modules** to support enterprise master data initiatives. The role will involve end to end ownership of master data governance and lifecycle management, with a key focus on **Business Partner and Material master data** , closely supporting business stakeholders and partner teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, implement, and support **SAP MDM / SAP MDG solutions** , with a strong focus on **Material Master and Business Partner data** . - Act as a functional SME supporting **MM and SD business processes** , ensuring alignment between master data and downstream business consumption. - Support responsibilities aligned to **Umang s role** , including hands-on engagement with **Business Partners, Materials, and related master data domains** . - Lead **data modeling, data validation, and governance processes** to ensure high data quality, consistency, and compliance. - Own the **end-to-end master data lifecycle** , including creation, validation, change management, and archival. - Coordinate **data loads, migrations, mass maintenance** , and reconciliation activities across systems. - Review, analyze, and resolve **data-related incidents and RUN issues** , minimizing business impact. - Support **integration and regression testing** activities involving MM, SD, and dependent systems. - Collaborate closely with **Business, CoEs, SAP Functional (MM/SD), and Technical teams** . - Provide **user guidance, documentation, and post go-live support** as required. **Required Skills & Qualifications** - Strong hands-on experience in **SAP MDM with SAP MDG exposure (preferred)** . - **Solid functional background in MM and SD modules** , with good understanding of related business processes. - Proven experience supporting **Business Partner and Material Master data** in complex SAP landscapes. - Working knowledge of **OTC (Order to Cash)** and **SCM (Supply Chain Management)** processes. - Experience with **LTMC / MYD / mass data maintenance tools** . - Strong understanding of **data governance, data quality frameworks, and compliance standards** . - Ability to work independently in a **support-intensive, offshore-driven environment** . - Excellent **communication and stakeholder management** capabilities. **Nice to Have** - Strong SAP MDG configuration or implementation experience. - Exposure to **large-scale master data transformation or migration programs** . - Experience working with **global stakeholders and extended support hours** . **Our Hyperlearning workplace is grounded upon four principles** - Flexible work arrangements, Free spirit, and emotional positivity - Agile self-determination, trust, transparency, and open collaboration - All Support needed for the realization of business goals, - Stable employment with a great atmosphere and ethical corporate culture
