The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring successful implementation, customization, and optimization of project management tools to support organizational goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Requirement Gathering Analysis:** - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and project management needs. - Conduct workshops and interviews to gather functional requirements. - **System Configuration Implementation:** - Configure Workzone with integration with SF PM/GM module - Worked on integration with PM/GM and other SF Modules. - Develop Technical specifications and business blueprints. - **Project Delivery Support:** - Lead or support implementation projects including planning, testing, and deployment. - Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues. - **Training Documentation:** - Create user manuals and training materials. - Conduct training sessions for end-users and project teams. - **Continuous Improvement:** - Identify process gaps and recommend enhancements. - Stay updated with new features and best practices in Workzone and PM/GM Module **Required Qualifications:** - 2 5 years of experience as a Technical Consultant in Workzone. - Configure SuccessFactors Work Zone content packages and create custom UI integration cards to expose PM dashboards, active forms, and due actions. - Build service layers using OData v2 APIs for Performance and Goals to read form headers, section ratings, comments, and goal progress, and to trigger supported updates. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. **Soft Skills:** - Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. - Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and user experience. **Our Hyperlearning workplace is grounded upon four principles** - Flexible work arrangements, Free spirit, and emotional positivity - Agile self-determination, trust, transparency, and open collaboration - All Support needed for the realization of business goals, - Stable employment with a great atmosphere and ethical corporate culture Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
