Meet the Team: Dexcom’s Enterprise IT Information Security team is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to support the security, hardening, and operational resilience of Dexcom’s global enterprise environment. This role will serve as a local security partner for the India IT organization while receiving technical direction and day-to-day security guidance from Dexcom’s global Information Security Engineering team. The position is expected to report locally to the Manager, Information Technology – India, with dotted-line direction from the Sr. Manager, Information Security in the United States. This role is ideal for a hands-on security analyst or systems engineer with strong enterprise IT fundamentals, a security-first mindset, and the ability to partner across infrastructure, endpoint, identity, cloud, and operations teams. The role will help implement and sustain security standards across Dexcom’s India environment while partnering with global teams to improve enterprise hardening, control consistency, and risk reduction. Where You Come In: • Serve as the local Information Security partner for India IT, helping adopt and sustain Dexcom’s global Information Security standards. • Implement and validate enterprise hardening across endpoints, servers, identity platforms, SaaS applications, network services, and cloud-connected systems. • Partner with IT and global InfoSec teams to remediate vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, control gaps, and security exceptions. • Participate in design, change, and operational readiness reviews to ensure security requirements are addressed early. • Support identity and access control improvements, including least privilege, privileged access, service account hygiene, and access reviews. • Review and support remediation of findings from enterprise security tools such as CASB/SWG, DLP, IAM/PAM, endpoint security, cloud security, and vulnerability management platforms. • Maintain security runbooks, procedures, knowledge articles, and audit evidence. • Identify automation and reporting improvements that reduce manual effort and improve control consistency. What Makes You Successful: • BS/MS in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience. • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, systems engineering, infrastructure, or enterprise security. • Strong understanding of enterprise IT technologies such as Windows, Linux, Active Directory, Entra ID, networking, endpoints, SaaS, and cloud platforms. • Experience supporting enterprise hardening, security standards, secure configuration baselines, patching, vulnerability remediation, and control validation. • Ability to analyze security findings, vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and control gaps to identify risk and recommend remediation. • <
