Job Description As the P1 Technical Architect Manager for the Global Integration Hub, you will be the premier engineering authority and people leader guiding our technical integration strategy. You will lead a world-class team of T1 and T2 platform-specialist architects, ensuring our technical foundations—spanning SAP BTP IS, Azure IS, MuleSoft, Solace, and OpenText—are highly secure, resilient, and forward-looking to support our global business segments. The Five Principles in Action for This Role ·       Quality: You will establish, govern, and continuously raise the engineering standards for our global multi-iPaaS ecosystem. By defining rigorous code review procedures, architectural guardrails, and automated testing frameworks, you ensure that business-critical transactions across our segments run flawlessly.·       Responsibility: You will own the overall technical health, stability, and lifecycles of our enterprise integration platforms. You take full responsibility for directing technical issue resolution, managing platform budgets, and mentoring our technical Associates to cultivate their professional growth and capability.·       Mutuality: You will serve as the strategic technical partner to our diverse business segments (Snacking, Food, Petcare) and key vendors. You design technical strategies that drive shared benefits, ensuring that segment-specific digital initiatives run on shared, scalable, and highly optimized core integration platforms.·       Efficiency: You will champion the elimination of technical debt and redundant integration patterns.
