The After Market Services Sr Eng Pgm Supervisor will manage multiple services projects as Delivery manager and ensure proper design and execution of solutions involving Historian, Alarm Management and Operations Management implementation for Refining, Oil and Gas, Mining & Chemical Industries. He will also have people reporting whom he will groom, mentor and guide and conduct performance evaluation. **Key Responsibilities** - Drive multiple services projects from planning, team assignment and driving execution to closure. - Track and manage progress of all projects and services as per schedule. - Manage customer expectation and ensure delivery within budget and timelines. - Be coach and lay down succession planning for critical roles and all Direct Reports. - Identify Best Bets and establish Individual development plan for team. - Continue to drive and improve competency and skill (technical and soft) development - Support in Talent retention process leading to overall YOY reduction of attrition - Drive action plans of employee engagement survey (PER survey) - 100% closure of HPD & Mid-year. Continuous performance feedback to the direct reports **YOU MUST HAVE** - 15-18 years’ experience in designing and implementing Historian products like PHD, OSI soft PI , Aspen IP21, Alarm Management Products like Honeywell Dynamo Documentation & Enforcement (D&E), Metrics & Reporting (M&R), Exaquantum -Alarm Reporting and Analytics, Alarm Master Database and Sequence of Events, Aveva ProcessVue SOE, Analyzer and Guardian, Matrikon Alarm management , PAS PlantState Suite, Emerson AgileOps, ABB Ability, Yokogawa AAA Suite etc. and OPM solutions like Honeywell forge Operations Management (HFOM) and Honeywell forge Inspection Round (HFIR) for Refining, Oil and Gas, Mining & Chemical Industries. - Excellent understanding and knowledge of the Unit operations and work processes in manufacturing industries. - Able to build business workflow and demonstrate OPM value addition with TO-BE workflow. - Good understanding of the Industry standards like EEMUA/API/SHELLDEP etc. - Experience in writing SQL queries, creating SSRS & Basic Database management skills - Knowledge of integration with other systems using OPC, OLEDB, ODBC and web services. - Experience of working in Master Alarm Database (MAD), Alarm rationalization process & implementation. - Experience in Unit operations, workflow management for planning instructions & safety systems and critical operations monitoring with wide range of monitoring limits. - Understanding and implementation knowledge of OPM modules like Operating Instructions, Monitoring and Logbook and Inspection round. - Should be able to manage stakeholder demands and internal conflicts. - Should lead by example—managing themselves first, seeing the big picture, listening actively, and empowering rather than micromanaging. - Should be able to mentor team members to reach their full potential. - Implementation experience in PHD, OSI soft PI , Aspen IP21, Honeywell Dynamo Documentation & Enforcement (D&E), Metrics & Reporting (M&R), Exaquantum -Alarm Reporting and Analytics, Alarm Master Database and Sequence of Events, Aveva ProcessVue SOE, Analyzer and Guardian, Matrikon Alarm management , PAS PlantState Suite, Emerson AgileOps, ABB Ability, Yokogawa AAA Suite etc. Dynamo operation suite, j5 Operations logbook, Exaquantum Electronic Logbook , Honeywell Forge Inspection round (movilizer), Aveva Mobile operator (IntelaTrac AVEVA Mobile Operator Rounds), j5 Operator Rounds & Routine Duties, GE APM Rounds Pro - Operator Rounds solution etc ## **We Value** - ## Excellent leadership skills with focus on meeting customer commitments on time with quality. - ## Technical leadership and coaching to Engineers working in the project - ## Support Project Manager on the commercial angle with focus on budget and change order opportunities - ## Strong problem-solving mentality with a will to deliver results - ## Critical thinker and process / result- oriented - ## Experience & proven ability in analyzing / solutions for complex projects/issues - ## Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision - ## Ability to lead traditional waterfall and Agile projects - ## Fast learner and maintaining standardization & following execution processes. - ## Manage customer expectation by understanding and appreciating the cultural differences - ## Excellent presentation & Communication skills ## **Qualifications** - ## BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Chemical or Instrumentation Engineering. **Travel:**   40 to 60% of time
