Degree** Location of Requirement: **Bangalore** Required Skill:**AI systems, reinforcement learning, or autonomous systems, Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)** **Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency):** **Must-Have:** * Good understanding of Data Science, advanced statistics, signal processing and simulation frameworks * Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) * Experience with LangChain, AutoGPT, Microsoft Autogen, or similar agent frameworks * Proficiency with transformer architecture and fine-tuning techniques * Deep understanding of prompt engineering, reasoning techniques, and LLM capabilities * Experience with RAG systems, vector databases, and knowledge retrieval * Knowledge of reinforcement learning, planning algorithms, and decision-making systems * Knowledge of Full stack AI deployment (Scalable ML pipelines (MLOps) using Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud services or other modern toolsets) * In depth knowledge in Python, JavaScript, C/C++ etc **Good to Have:** * Transformer architecture and fine-tuning techniques **Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:** * Design and build AI that utilize large language models for reasoning and decision-making * Develop systems where generative AI components enable sophisticated planning and problem-solving * Fine-tune and optimize large language models for specific agentic tasks * Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems to enhance agent knowledge and context * Build reflective agents that can critique and improve their own reasoning processes * Implement memory architectures that allow agents to learn from experience and maintain context * Design and develop applications as per best industry software development practices **Note:** We encourage you to register at www.tcs.com/careers for exploring an exciting career with TCS at the time of your application to TCS Kindly Visit URL: https://ibegin.tcs.com/iBegin/register a) Complete the online TCS application form (Very Important) b) Upload latest resume, Government ID proof (PAN CARD) and l test passport Size Photo (white background is preferable) in the portal after registering.
