**Job Description** **Our Team** The Intelligent Automation team drives enterprise efficiency through automation by partnering with business and technology teams to enhance resilience, reduce risk, and accelerate digital transformation through modern, cloud-integrated solutions. **Your Role** As a Senior Engineer, you will design, implement, and scale automation frameworks while owning the end-to-end stability of assigned services. You will drive modernization through Cloud, AI, and automation technologies (AI, Python, Power Automate, ServiceNow, AWX), improving efficiency and reliability. **You Will Be Responsible For** - Own task lifecycle end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and no backlog aging - Design and implement automation solutions (AI, Python, Power Automate, ServiceNow, AWX/Ansible) - Lead L2/L3 incident resolution and drive root cause analysis - Enhance monitoring, alerting, and observability - Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, and reliability standards - Manage backlog proactively and resolve stale or misrouted tasks - Coordinate cross-team dependencies to ensure timely delivery **The Experience You Bring** - 5 8 years in automation with infrastructure and process automation experience - Strong incident management and problem-solving skills (L2/L3 support) - Hands-on experience with Python, ServiceNow, Power Automate, AWX/Ansible - Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid environments - Experience with CI/CD, monitoring tools, and system integrations - Strong ownership mindset with ability to operate in high-pressure environments - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Bachelor s or Master s degree in a relevant field **Full Time / Part Time** Full time **Worker Type** Employee **Job Exempt (Yes / No)** No **Workplace Model**
