Job Summary Join us as a Senior Electronics Hardware Design Engineer and bring your expertise in circuit design, PCB layout, and system integration to life. You'll design innovative hardware solutions that are reliable, scalable, and built to perform in demanding environments. Responsibilities • Technical Antenna bridge the Line of Business and the Plant for Product/Process technical management • Contribute to Optimize (Product Evolution Process - PEP) • Leads or contributes to the execution of Change Notices based on agreed timeline • Analyzes change impact on the end-to-end manufacturing processes • Proposes improvements to the Board of Change • Collect and send Adaptation, Quality, Productivity, Obsolescence and Withdrawal requests • Collaborates with Design/Continuous Engineering for all changes • Ensure the local Product-Process knowledge, contribute to technical problem solving • Train the actors in the plant on Product and Customer Application knowledge • Perform Product/Process analysis (surveillance test, Technical Returns i.e. TEX, defective products i.e. FPY, MDR, Red Box) • Contribute to Problem Solving (Root Cause Analysis in 8Ds) • Contribute to the Product reviews conducted with the Line of Business • Guarantee Product Performance • Compliance & contribute to Product Robustness in the plant • Contribute to risk assessment (i.e. Severity in RPN) through PFMEA, PQCS & CQCP • Contribute to Critical Supply Robustness & Part Qualification, CQCS & CQCP • Take receipt of new offer arriving in the plant coming from Offer Creation (PMP) and Industrial transfer • Knowledge of HVAC parts like coil, compressor, evaporator, valves etc. • Knowledge of HVAC product like Chiller, CDU, Inorw and CRAY Units • Bring your hardware design expertise to a team that is ready to innovate with you - apply today Requirements • B.E/B.Tech (Mech/EEE/ECE/ENI) Skills • Circuit design • PCB layout • System integration • HVAC knowledge (Chiller, CDU, Evaporator) • PFMEA • Root Cause Analysis (8D) • Change Notices • Product/Process analysis • CQCP & CQCS Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
