Area(s) of responsibility **Location:** Hyderabad **Educational Qualification:** MBA -HR **Experience :** 2-4 Years **Job Overview** The HRBP Executive will serve as the dedicated Vertical HRBP, partnering closely with business managers and project managers to drive people strategy and operational excellence across the assigned vertical. **Role & Responsibilities** - Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business objectives. - Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. - Conduct regular meetings with respective business units. - Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies. - Drive engagement initiatives across the vertical — pulse surveys, focus groups, recognition programs, and connect sessions. Translate pulse feedback into concrete action plans with managers. - Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on policies, career conversations, grievances, and life-cycle moments. - Work hand-in-hand with project managers and account leads to track and improve account-specific people metrics — bench utilization, billability, span health, retention hotspots, and skill coverage. Act as the single point of contact for HR matters at the account level. - Design, build, and maintain dashboards covering critical people metrics — including attrition analysis (voluntary/involuntary, regrettable vs. non-regrettable, tenure-based trends), workforce demographics (grade mix, span of control, diversity, location distribution), and employee pulse indicators. Translate data into actionable insights for leadership. - Conduct deep-dive attrition analysis, identify root causes and at-risk segments, and partner with managers on targeted retention interventions. **Required Skills** - Human Resource Management: The candidate must have a strong understanding of HRM principles and practices. - Strategic Thinking: The ability to align HR strategies with business objectives is crucial. - Leadership: The candidate must possess strong leadership skills to guide and manage the HR team. - A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree or relevant HR certifications being highly desirable. **Preferred Skills** - Talent Management: Experience in managing and developing talent within the organization. - Statutory Compliance: Knowledge of labor laws and other relevant regulations. - Customer Experience & Engagement: Ability to engage with employees and improve their experience. - Problem Handling: Capability to handle and resolve conflicts and other issues. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently. - Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions. - Change Management: Experience in managing organizational change. - Project Management: Ability to manage HR-related projects. - Employee Relations: Experience in managing relationships with employees.
