Because becoming the undisputed leader in food means surrounding ourselves with people who are hungry for what’s next. **Job Overview** In this Senior Financial Analyst role on the Global Supply Chain Finance team, the focus is on leading FP&A and financial governance for raw materials impacting the P&L. The role partners with sourcing and cross-functional teams to drive margin improvement, identify cost-saving opportunities, and deliver strong planning, forecasting, and reporting support. It also helps strengthen process excellence, analytics, and overall supply chain performance. **Shift Timing for this role is: 1.30 pm to 10.30 PM** **Key Accountabilities** - Provide financial leadership to procurement category teams across Global Sourcing: Direct & Indirect - Lead end-to-end financial processes including inflation guidance, Spring Plan, monthly actuals, and forecasting cycles - Support and lead Holistic Margin Management (Cost Efficiency) programs across Platform teams - Challenge decisions with data-driven financial insights - Act as the financial business partner to Platform Directors and Category Buying teams - Leverage tools, processes and ways of working from Supply Chain Finance to partner on the execution of the Global Supply Chain Finance FP&A processes and serve-up insights to the business. - Lead cross-functional collaboration across sourcing, operations, and finance teams - Drive deep-dive analysis to identify and quantify purchase savings opportunities - Leverage strong knowledge of SAP cost modules to assess pricing, volume impacts, incoterms, and vendor terms - Drive efficiencies in our annual and monthly planning/reporting processes - Assess performance against plan and identify opportunities to close gaps. - Understand key financial drivers and their calculations. - Identify data outliers, determine root cause and action. - Identify and partner with Global FP&A Capabilities team on tool enhancements ideas, testing to improve quality of insights. - Sit as a member of the SCF one team. **Minimum Qualifications** - Post graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory) - 7+ years of related experience **Preferred Qualifications** - Major Area of Study: Finance, Analytics, Accountancy, Costing - Professional Certifications: CA, MBA, PGDBA, MMS - 5 years of related experience - Supply Chain Finance knowledge is preferred **ELIGIBILITY** Applicants must meet minimum age qualifications in the country in which the job is located.
