**Position Overview** As an IT Resiliency Engineer, you will be the bridge between technical infrastructure and business continuity. You will collaborate with various Tribes to ensure applications are "secure by design" and resilient by nature. Your mission is to ensure the bank can react instantaneously to critical failures, managing everything from Application Impact Analysis (AIA) to large-scale Data Center swaps. **🛠️ Job Responsibilities** - **Resiliency Governance:** Lead the delivery and validation of Application Impact Analysis (AIA), Continuity Run Books (CRB), and Disaster Recovery (DR) Unitary Exercise documents. - **Stakeholder Management:** Act as the primary point of contact for multiple Tribes on all resiliency topics, ensuring infrastructure changes are reflected in continuity plans. - **DR Execution:** Contribute to transversal DR exercises by validating CRBs, conducting detailed capacity studies for data center components, and building the Master Run Book (MRB). - **Risk Mitigation:** Identify potential risks during DR planning and develop robust mitigation strategies. - **Security Integration:** Work within the IT Production Security department to transform security into a strategic value-driver, ensuring resiliency is rooted in the corporate DNA. - **Agile Collaboration:** Operate within an Agile Impulse organization, embodying values of focus, openness, and courage. **🎓 Required Education, Skills, and Experience (Must-Have)** - **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - **Infrastructure Focus:** Strong core expertise in IT Infrastructure. - **Resiliency Expertise:** Proven experience in Continuity and Resiliency (Impact Analysis, Data Center Swaps). - **Technical Stack:** - Databases: Oracle DB (19c), SQL. - Middleware: MQ & File Transfer. - Networking: Basic understanding of Routing, Routers, DNS, and IP Firewalls. - Cloud: Foundational knowledge of Cloud Architecture, Ports, and Services. - **Communication:** Professional fluency in English with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders. - **Availability:** Flexibility to provide support outside of standard business hours (on-call) and work from the Chennai base location under a hybrid model. **🌟 Preferred Education, Skills, and Experience (Nice-to-Have)** - **OS Knowledge:** Proficiency in Windows and Linux OS. - **Mainframe:** Basic understanding of Mainframe platforms. - **Methodology:** Experience working in an Agile environment. - **Project Management:** Strong skills in project lifecycle management with high attention to detail. - **Soft Skills:** Analytical mindset, ability to "vulgarize" complex technical issues for non-technical stakeholders, and a proactive, self-starter attitude.
