About the Job – We are looking for SAP EHS LEAD CONSULTANT.. Educational Background – Any Graduate. Experience-8 + years. Location- Bangalore **Job Description** - Gather and analyze business requirements related to Environment, Health & Safety processes. - Configure and support SAP EHS modules including: - Incident Management - Risk Assessment - Compliance Management - Environment Management - Occupational Health - Product Safety - Dangerous Goods Management - Work on SAP S/4HANA EHS Public/Private Cloud implementations. - Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials. - Coordinate with business stakeholders for workshops, requirement gathering, UAT, and go-live activities. - Support master data migration and integration activities with PM, MM, QM, and HR modules. - Perform issue analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause resolution for production support. - Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments, reports, forms, and interfaces. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and reporting standards. - Participate in rollout, enhancement, and support projects. **Required Skills** - Strong experience in SAP EHS with at least 2–3 end-to-end implementations. - Hands-on expertise in Incident Management, Compliance Management, and Risk Assessment. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public or Private Cloud. - Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications related to EHS. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - SAP certification in EHS or SAP S/4HANA is preferred. - Experience in manufacturing, chemical, or construction industries is an added advantage.
